Why am I seeing a $25 charge?

Why am I seeing a $25 charge?

The $25 you see is not an actual charge. It’s a temporary pre-authorisation hold placed at the start of your charging session. This is a standard practice to confirm that sufficient funds are available before the session begins.

Once your session ends, the actual charging cost is deducted from this amount, and any unused balance is automatically released back to your account. In some cases, there may be a short delay in releasing the hold due to network or charger issues, but it usually clears within 3–4 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If the hold has not been released after this period, or if you have any concerns, please create a support ticket below, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
