Use this page to check the current status of Wevolt-listed chargers that are known to be experiencing issues.
If the unit you wanted to use is not listed below, see The charger I'm trying to use isn't working for general troubleshooting, or How to find chargers to locate an alternative.
Who looks after the charger you are trying to use?
Wevolt runs the app and network, while the chargers are owned and maintained by independent operators (and some by Wevolt). For a quick guide to who handles what and how to reach the right contact fastest, see How Wevolt works: charger operators, the app, and where to get help.

All Saints College Junior School carpark | Blueberry 50kW dual CCS-2 DC | Intermittent fault | 30 July 2026 | Site visit being arranged |
This charger is working intermittently. Most sessions charge normally, but some stop after about a minute without delivering any energy. Between 31 July and 5 August every attempt failed this way, and it has been charging normally again since the afternoon of 5 August. You are not billed for a session that delivers no energy. If you charge here, check in the first minute or two that the app shows energy going into your car. If it does not, unplug, start the session again, and if it fails a second time use another charger nearby. The cause has not been identified yet, and the site operator's contractor is arranging an on-site check. If this happens to you, please let us know at contact@wevolt.com.au so we can log it and follow it up. Last verified 6 August 2026 |

UWA EZONE North | Blueberry 200kW dual CCS-2 DC | 13 July 2026 |
Back in service. The unit was unavailable while REV (UWA) completed works, and returned to service around 13 July 2026. Both CCS-2 connectors are online and have been delivering charging sessions normally since. Last verified 27 July 2026 |
Network |
Network-wide (all chargers) | Live status / connectivity | 13 July 2026 |
A platform-side infrastructure issue interrupted live status and connectivity across the network from around 12:50am to 9:35am AWST on 13 July 2026, causing chargers to appear offline. The underlying issue has been resolved and chargers reconnected to the network. Any unit still showing as offline should return to normal shortly, or may need a brief power cycle on site. UWA-CS | Dual Type-2 AC (CirControl) | Before 23 June 2026 |
Both Type-2 nozzles are back in service and accepting sessions normally. The exact date UWA resolved the reported nozzle faults is not confirmed on our side. Last verified 27 July 2026 |
TasgJdat |
Beatty Park Leisure Centre | SCAME dual-connector AC | 23 June 2026 |
Back online and accepting sessions as of 23 June 2026. The charger had dropped off the network (last seen around 21 June) and stopped communicating, so neither connector could start a session. At Wevolt and REV's request, the City of Vincent power cycled the unit on site and it reconnected immediately, with both connectors confirmed delivering live charging sessions. A full connector replacement remains a longer-term follow-up with SCAME, but it does not affect your ability to charge in the meantime. Last verified 27 July 2026 |

Lauriston Girls School | Ls4 dual-connector AC (Charger 1) | 11 June 2026 |
Both Lauriston Girls School chargers are back online and accepting sessions as of 3pm on 11 June 2026, confirmed with a live charging test on site. The cause was a network connectivity issue (the chargers could not reach the Wevolt platform through the site's firewall), which has been fixed. A firmware update with the manufacturer is being arranged as a follow-up, but it does not affect your ability to charge. Last verified 27 July 2026 |

Lauriston Girls School | Ls4 dual-connector AC (Charger 2) | 11 June 2026 |
Back online and accepting sessions as of 3pm on 11 June 2026, confirmed with a live charging test on site, alongside Charger 1. The cause was the same site network connectivity issue, now fixed. Last verified 27 July 2026 |
